Radon Test

Exposure to radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States, after smoking.

Western Home Inspections offers premium, non-invasive radon testing services. Radon is a colorless, tasteless and odorless gas that causes lung cancer. Radon gas is produced from a natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock and water.

Every home should be tested for radon because the only way to know of elevated levels is to test. Your home can have elevated levels of radon while your neighbor's home does not.

Because natural gas pockets move constantly, we recommend testing for radon levels every 2-4 years.

What to expect:

Western Home Inspections delivers accurate and prompt radon testing. Our non-invasive radon test run for 48 hours inside the home.

At Western Home Inspections, we use specialized equipment that is calibrated yearly to ensure accurate results.
